I have to say they are not like most estate agents I have come across in my time as a private tenant. I found them to be professional, helpful, honest and easy to communicate with. If I was a landlord I would use them as they always seek the best from both parties to ensure everyone is happy. From the ‘get go’ the Belvoir property management team we’re proactive professionals who aims “in my opinion” is to successfully succeed in matching customers and property. Chris took initiative to listen to our requirements for the property we were looking for. And at viewing was knowledgeable about the property, at ease answering our questions, whilst asking about us. Jeremy follow through with the finer delays. Thus, application was complete smoothly and move in date, financial details/exchange’s for us was a breeze.

Very helpful, knowledgable,made the process of letting a property very stress free. Sorted utilities etc and check out process. Very friendly bunch, would highly recommend.
