As executor I had to sell my parents home of 50+ years. Vetted a number of local Agents, but chose JP&Brimelow because Eddie seems to understand the market conditions so well and outlined the selling strategy whilst assuring me that the quality of his team was excellent. Well, Danny et al got the house filmed, photo'd and on the market asap. Open days were arranged and busy, all the while I was kept up to date and made aware. Bids duly arrived, Danny and Jodie stayed close to help present the bidders merits. The strategy had worked better than they set out. Then once chosen bidder, Carole came to the forefront and kept everyone cool, nudged surveyors, solicitors and brokers along and kept things from falling over and got the deal closed out.
