From start to finish I have had a brilliant experience with JP Brimlow. If I had to describe them in one phrase it would be that they 'get the job done', and that they do this with honesty and passion. After meeting with a few agents Eddie was clearly very knowledgeable and I appreciated his no nonsense approach. He didn't come across as a salesman, he knew what he was talking about, was passionate about his team and their capabilities and I trusted that they would be able to do the job. After having a less than ideal time trying to sell my flat via YOPA (lesson learnt - don't do online!!), with JP Brimlow's expertise my flat sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market. Helped by the amazing photographer and videographer Jack (I'd definitely recommend getting a video tour!). After an unexpected and unavoidable drop out from my original buyer, as we approached the expectant recession the team turned it around and the flat was resold within two days. Charlotte was with me every step of the way, dealing with all my questions and reassuring me on the process. She was on top of everything and so helpful. She went above and beyond, especially in getting it through on time. I also spoke with Catherine and Rachel who were equally brilliant. All in all, JP Brimlow made what could have been a very stressful experience a WHOLE lot easier. Thank you to the whole team!
