Never have I ever recommended an estateettings agent as they are usually awful! Clive deserves no less than glowing recommendations- everything was simple, easy, quick, efficient. Never had such an easy move where the agent is concerned! You won't regret going with Clive.

First Class Level of Service

Lanlord review of an excellen Agent
We have received exceptional service form CRJ Lettings. A personal service with a full appreciation of our situation and requirements. Assistance with getting our property ready to let and excellent communication throughout our dealings. A suitable tenant was found in a matter of a couple of weeks.

Excellent all round
We sought a long term let in a place that we could make home, we found that through CRJ Lettings.. Clive delivers a professional, honest service and really goes the extra mile. understanding that tenants and landlord needs require a thoughtful balance. We highly recommend.

Excellent service - thorough, friendly and great value for money
We rented through CRJ Lettings and were very happy with the service provided. Clive was always very quick to respond to any issues and get these resolved asap. Also from the perspective of a tenant, his extremely low contract fees were a big plus. Clive has always been friendly and approachable in his manner. He is also very thorough and professional which for any prospective landlord is incredibly assuring. We wouldn't hesitate to use CRJ Lettings in the future and would wholly recommend them.

Personal Touch and Reasonable fees
Clive has provided a very welcome contrast to the 'service' provided by the large, national letting agents. We have felt that he wants to provide a service for his customers (both landlords and tenants), rather than being focussed on corporate objectives.. He has also introduced us to a good value contractor able to undertake essential work on our property - this has been an ongoing problem with the larger agencies.

Excellent Service
My fiancee and I rented a property through CRJ Lettings from February 2015 until July 2016. The service we received was excellent from start to finish. As first time tenants, we had no idea what to expect however Clive put our minds at rest and answered every query/maintenance issue we had quickly and efficiently. Best agent we've had
We've used Clive for about 18 mths for our small portfolio of rental properties and we are very pleased that we chose him. We found Clive through his weekly newspaper column which we liked. On meeting him, we were very impressed with Clive's practical, hands-on approach. We also felt that his approach to letting and to finding and looking after tenants matched our own. Previously we used one of the large High Street Agencies and were dissatisfied with the results and value for money. We found that our tenants would complain to us because the agents weren't responding, that we had to keep on the agent's case to get anything done, that we did not get good value from tradesmen they employed, and that they rarely inspected the work or managed through to completion. Our experience with Clive is that he cares: about getting quality tenants who will want to stay for a long period, about looking after them when they have problems, about making sure they look after the property by explaining to them what they need to do, and about getting value for money from the tradesmen he uses. We feel he makes a good letting agent as he has the experience of tackling the day-to-day problems from the experience of managing his own portfolio. Clive has managed our properties efficiently, keeping us informed but not burdening us with the day to day problems. He has given good advice through the entire process from selecting suitable properties to looking after the property and rental once the tenants have moved in. He has taken the hassle out of looking after our tenants and our properties, which is exactly what you want a managing agent to do. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
