After 7 years in Chesham we decided to move on and used Frosts as our agent. Jacqui won us over with her extensive local knowledge and deep understanding of the market at the time. The whole process took much longer than expected (no fault of Frosts) which meant I dealt with the team at Frosts for well over 6 months. They were all professional, friendly and punctual at every step of the way. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

We bought and sold with Frosts in Chesham and couldn't have asked for better service. Jacqui, Nick, and Jess were brilliant throughout the sale. The team always kept us up to date with developments, chased hard on our behalf, and were quick to respond to my queries. Don't look anywhere else!

Exemplary service, where the whole team go above and beyond to communicate throughout the buying and selling process. We purchased through Frost in January of this year, and Jacqui helped to make the whole experience run as smoothly as possible. When buying or selling in the future, we will only use Frost again!

We just sold our property with Frosts Chesham, the team there were great and helped with everything during the whole process. We received a great valuation of the property, a great offer price on the property and then the selling process was made very easy with lots of help from Jacqui chasing up with our solicitors. I could not recommend frosts more.
