Our house purchase wasn’t exactly the smoothest and took a bit longer and was stressful for everyone involved. This was, due to a range of factors, including the market, timing, and also understandably, the person we were buying from needed to find the right property. What we really appreciated, was the support that Alex Grace and every one at Frost Chesham provided to us. Alex always gave us open, transparent and honest advice, for example when we had to decide whether to look into rental options. We also particularly appreciated their regular communications, so we were always kept informed on what was happening, and what we needed to do and when. Alex and the team were also very proactive in chasing and following up actions, for example with the various surveyors, bank valuations, etc, to try and keep the sale/purchase moving forward as much as possible, as well as giving us advice e.g. on potential builders, roofers etc to contact. We were finally able to complete and move in, and that’s in no small part due to Alex's efforts. The Real Estate industry doesn't as a whole always have the greatest of image and reputation, but that is certainly not the case for Alex and the Frost team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team at Frost Chesham to anyone looking to move into the area.
