I had an amazing experience buying my first property, and that’s largely thanks to Denise from the Windsor branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She showed us the property multiple times without any hesitation and was always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. Her communication throughout the whole thing was excellent. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond, even outside of normal working hours. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. At one point, she even went as far as contacting a neighbour to help me find the gas meters at the new place - something that wasn’t really her responsibility, but she did it without hesitation. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all her help. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. I’d highly recommend her and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to buy a home.

Great experience using Frost estate agency. We wanted/ needed to move quickly and managed to find our house in early Jan and be in by the end of March. Frost (Louis) did a great job with helping speed negotiations/ communications along. Would recommend!
