This is the second time we have used Frosts. Our first, 3 years ago was selling our own property and this time my Mother selling hers. On both occasions everyone at Frosts was so helpful and professional. I think where the team at Langley really excel is during the post offer to completion stage. In both our cases the communication and management were so personal and professional. For this we thank Alison. Not to exclude any of the other team in branch as lead Steve ensured the properties were correctly marketed and was always available for sound advice. Everyone in the Langley office deserves praise, so thank you all for your successful completion on both properties and all the little touches that makes you stand out from the crowd.

I recently sold my property through auction with the help of Rebecca Allen. She was so great, and helped my fully understand the auction process. She was also extremely flexible with times and using teams to chat, rather than regular phone calls as I live abroad. She made it so easy for me and I would recommend her to anyone.

Alex Dornin was very professional, patient and so nice (always smiling!) throughout the whole experience of buying my first ever home. He talked me through every stage of the process and nothing was too much trouble. The Frost Partnership is a very friendly place, they treat you like their own family.
