Reasons for the 5 star review are: the moment Oliver came to value the house he was clear, could answer questions and came across as motivated to sell the property. They were proactive to get the property on the market quickly. They communicated with both myself and the tenant in a timely manner and it meant less admin for me because they dealt effectively with my tenant when organising viewings. Hannah the sales progressor was very proactive and communicated regularly. The team always answered the phone and got back to me quickly if who I needed to speak to wasn’t available. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use the property centre again.
