We were new to the property rental/landlord market and needed a lot of help and guidance. I met with three Estate Agents in the Cheltenham area, and all had their various offers. I had a recommendation for The Property Centres from different contractors where both commented on how, from a landlord's perspective, they carried out their due diligence effectively and efficiently. For us that was the key point and we have been genuinely impressed with the relevant communications between us and them throughout each rental period. We have recently taken on a second property for rent and will be using The Property Centres again as our agent.
