Genuinely we could not have asked for a better service than The Property Centre had given us. We had worked with two Cheltenham/tewkesbury estate agents who we had lots of issues with and sales that fell through. The property centre from the start were brilliant and couldn't ask for anything more. They were realistic with their valuation, heard all our concerns and their communication was second to none. They would give updates every week without me chasing, even if there wasn't much to say. They dealt with prospective buyers perfectly, really understanding their position and vetting to see if they were the right buyer. We haven't had a straight forward sale after accepting the offer but Oliver has been chasing our chain throughout to ensure everything ran as smooth as possible. Without the property centre I don't think we would be able to sell our property.
