When things stalled, Jamie contacted everyone involved in the chain and got everything back on course. Kim at the property centre cheltenham, was absolutely incredible. It was our first move after 17 years of living in our very first home, so the whole process felt slightly overwhelming. However Kim, was informative and supportive from start to finish. Kim was also very proactive with communicating with all involved to make sure the process ran as smoothly as possible and was at the end of the phone whenever I had a question.
