I've found Martin & Co to be very helpful and responsive throughout my tenancy. They were always quick to fix minor problems and super quick to respond to emergency situations eg being locked out. Friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

I have used Martin & Co for a number of years now for all our properties and they have always placed great tenants and coupled with a great service from Antony, David and Rose I wont need to look any further. The rates are reasonable and as far as I know they are the only agent around that DO NOT profit from the trades people they send to your property. Thank you for your great work. Keep it up!

We came to Martin and co over five years ago when a one man band letting agency tried to run off with some overdue rent and Antony helped us to switch the property over to Martin and co, thus saving the tenants deposit and us a lot of money just before he went bust. Since then they have managed several other properties for us in a very professional and ethical manner. Any problems ( that seem to go with the territory !) are dealt with swiftly and I have no problem in recommending them to any prospective landlord looking for a trouble free letting agent.

We had one or two unfortunate incidents with our rented flat over the past 16 months which Antony and his staff handled with great professionalism. We couldn't have had a better service as tenants.

From a Tennants prospective I would urge anyone considering a property through this lot to establish how they are going to vet suitable candidates. They gave me a range of dates to view a property and then cancelled the day before stating they had found suitable candidates. Based on my experience very ruthless, somewhat underhand and no people skills whatsoever.

Saw a house for sale in my search area under this agent, went onto website & couldn’t view anything for sale 🤷‍♀️ tired searching by road & postcode too …

All of our listings go live on Rightmove and Zoopla as well as our website centrally from our system which generates this automatically. I cannot see any property that we have listed elsewhere that isn't on our website?
