We have had a really positive experience with CJ Hole, although in the end we did decide on a property not listed with them, they were friendly and helpful. Orrin found us properties that matched our specific requirements. When we viewed them he was friendly and approachable and didn't have the "hard sell" approach we have found so often with other letting agents. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

C J Hole not only valued my property correctly and secured an offer within 5 days they then followed and pushed the process through to completion. This was no small task as the whole process through no fault on their part took 5 months. Jenni showed the patience of a saint and always kept us fully informed. I will only use C J Hole for both sales and rental as they always offer a professional service second to none.

For purchase and rental management, top marks. I bought a flat in Cheltenham through CJHole who presented their recommendations and then handled the process perfectly. They then continued to manage the property for rental and after almost three years I have to say I cannot criticise them for anything. Really can't begin to express how excellent the team at CJ Hole are. Last year I rented with them and unfortunately began having some serious issues with a tenant I was living with. It was a very unusual situation, but the team couldn't have dealt with it better. Not only did they go over and above to ensure the case was handled with incredible care, but Julie called me on a near daily basis - just to touch base and make sure I was okay. Since this was such a difficult (and strange!) time for me, the compassion and understanding I was shown made such a huge difference. I don't know how I would have managed without their support.
