We had 4 quotes completed by Cheltenham based estate agents and chose Jeremy at CJ Hole as he had clearly done his research on the property, gave me an honest view and a competitive price. Two initial things I really liked were the team viewings of the property so that everyone hosting viewings knew the property and all the details. Secondly, the recommended professional photographer was amazing. Highly recommend everyone use this service - it’s a small cost in the grand scheme of things and the photos looked great. CJ Hole was quick to get viewings in, had lined up prospective buyers before the property had gone live online. We had a few offers within a couple of weeks and agreed a buyer shortly after.
