After finding our property we were able to quickly arrange a viewing within a couple of hours of sending an enquiry, for the next day (on a Saturday which was great!) and we decided we wanted to take it, so on the Monday we started the process, it all moved nice and quickly and all our questions were answered swiftly and professionally and even when we had a second viewing and there was an issue with access to the property it was dealt with efficiently.
