Finding a flat in these current times isnt easy. Especially if unemployed or looking for work. However I I discouvered a flat in landsdown Cheltenham. Met a very pleasant professional letting agent called Molly who did the viewing. Molly was very helpful and informative. Even though not all queries were answered. Molly tried to find the answers online. Molly was very supportive during the legal process signings was able to guide me through the sending documents required for reference checks. So I would recommend cj hole they're very helpful.

Molly and the gang were nothing short of exceptional when it came to finding my new gaff. I was held in the highest regard from the first phone call to handing over the keys. I was told by a number of agents that they wouldn't help me find a place remotely and that it would be impossible to rent a place without being there in person until I spoke to Molly. She was fantastic, showing me videos and getting back to me when I needed answers. As an added bonus they have the best flats in the best areas so not only I got a flat but it was somewhere I actually quite like. At the outset I selected C J Hole as, whilst the fee was higher than competitors, I believed I'd obtain a more effective and higher quality service - this has certainly played out. Two staff, that I regularly engaged with, have been excellent: 1. Jacqui from the start has been professional, courteous and responsive. 2. Jenni has been an absolute star - her tenacity, drive, commitment, determination and, again, professionalism stood out.
