PROPERTY LETTING SERVICES
I have used Northwood's property letting services for more than 20 years and can honestly say the service provided was beyond expectations. Always on hand to discuss any issues that arise and always kept me fully informed and updated with tenant information. The rent guarantee scheme they offer is a great product as it removes the stress of tenants defaulting on rent or for periods where the property may be empty. Would wholeheartedly recommend using their services!

Great experience with Northwood Chelmsford
Like many people we were apprehensive about what agent to use to sell our home but from the outset Ben and Northwood put our mind at ease. Following our initial enquiry for a valuation Ben did his home prior to meeting with us, he then had a thorough viewing of our property before showing us his research and potential sales value for our home. All of this was done without being too pushy, complacent or over confident like many agents can be. Our open house was a huge success and resulted in a sale by the following Monday. Even though theoretically his part was now complete, Ben kept the buyers well informed as well as liaising with various solicitors/agents over a 4 month period in a hugely frustrating chain. I wouldn't hesitate in using Northwood again or recommending to anyone wishing to sell their property. Northwood, namely Ben were a pleasure to deal with unlike their neighbouring competitors- no names mentioned! Thanks for all your help! Jo & John.

Professional and good quality service!

Excellent service
Although not quite getting the original valuation, service from Ben and the rest of the team from start to finish was excellent. From advice on what to do to improve our chances of getting a sale, to feedback on how things were progressing, to comments on our purchase, helpful all the way. Thank you very much :)

Excellent
We've recently purchased our first home via Northwood and were really impressed with the service. Ben was our principal point of contact and was friendly, efficient and really quick to respond at all times during the process. Both him and Jackie were especially helpful when arranging subsequent visits/requests and finalising details before exchange. Thank you both!

A breath of fresh air!
We've dealt with a lot of estate agents whilst trying to find our perfect home, and although the home we viewed with Northwood of Chelmsford wasn't suitable, the customer service provided by Ben Spray was first class. Too many times now we've been treated like just another time waster, and the agent simply can't be bothered because they know that as demand is so high, if I don't buy it somebody else will. They provide no customer service and actually make you feel like you are wasting their time. Ben was very different, he clearly loves his job and in my opinion, the vendor should feel lucky to have someone like him working so hard to sell their home. Although it wasn't to be this time, I'd have absolutely no reservations in dealing with Ben again, it truly was like a breath of fresh air to be treated like a customer for a change, well done Ben.

Northwood Chelmsford
I rented a property in Chelmsford through Northwood and I can happily say the people I dealt with there were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any issues I had with the property and were very easy to communicate with. I never had any problems with the agents or the landlord which is why I can safely say I would use them again in the future if I needed to rent again.
