She arranged a viewing within an hour and helped us to find this property . So staffs are very friendly . Specially Charlotte Fletcher, the head of Lettings is very helpful. She helped us to sort out the things to speed up the process . Finally we were so impressed by the way they handed over the keys with a welcome card and gift pack . Rented for 2.5yrs through them and they were a very helpful team. Good system in place to report repairs. Easy to access and quick to respond to any queries. Really good intermediaries for communication between landlord and tenants. One of the team members Harrison Tranter was particularly very helpful especially with our end of tenancy arrangements. I would highly recommend their agency/services.

What an amazing team at Martin & Co. Chelmsford! After a short but busy period of home hunting and getting no where we stumbled across a property being managed by Martin & Co. Chelmsford. The best thing that could happen for us are the right time! From the moment we showed interest in the property Terry was on hand to see us through to the next stage with professionalism and his personality making everything less daunting! Throughout the process I've been in contact with the office many times, mainly to Terry and Fred. At no point on many phone calls to Fred was I made to feel that I was an annoyance and always handled with a friendly manner. Charlotte has been amazing too, on moving say giving us a call to check everything was OK, to assisting me with yet more questions! Already we feel very at ease with Martin & Co. and look forward to a long and happy tenant/landlord relationship. Thank you to the whole team...not forgetting Harrison either, who I have only so far used as a switchboard but he didn't mind! 😊
