Friendly and helpful staff

I was really pleased with Martin and co, would hugely recommend.

Martin & Co have provided a great service whilst managing my property for the last 3 years. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and efficient and I have been impressed by their quick responses in dealing with any matters that have arisen.

Recently used Martin & Co to rent a property and I was very impressed with their helpful staff always willing to go the extra mile to be flexible around my work commitments. Furthermore I was really impressed with their online based system and their paperless process which made the experience much more streamlined.

I have been so impressed with Martin & Co estate agents. The service from Emma I couldn’t fault. I signed on with every estate agent in Chelmsford and Braintree and the only communication was from Emma.
