Amazing service . Such a friendly staff. We wanted to find a property urgently due to relocation . Just spoke to Beth Carroll . She is so friendly and helpful . She arranged a viewing within an hour and helped us to find this property . So staffs are very friendly . Specially Charlotte Fletcher, the head of Lettings is very helpful. She helped us to sort out the things to speed up the process . Finally we were so impressed by the way they handed over the keys with a welcome card and gift pack . We really had a good experience with Martin & Co Chelmsford

This is my first letting experience with Martin & Co. I should say it’s quite smooth so far. Special mention of Luke here, who is coordinating with us with such a polite, gentile and friendly manner. I should say, he is a guy who get things done for you.

Martin&Co Chelmsford is a good agency. Most of them don't even bother to answer, we got a quick answer from this agency. Mr. Lukas is very helpful and pleasant to communicate with, and we quickly agreed on the inspection of the house. Best wishes.

Martin and Co have been exceptional and the move in process was very smooth. Big big thanks to the man himself Luke Harris who took his time with me sourcing out a place for me to move and giving the right advice. Would definitely look for a new place with this letting agency in the future. Hopefully Luke is still there

I had few viewings last month in Chelmsford where I believe and experienced some sort of racism. Some of the Lettings agencies and their staff in Chelmsford are rude and behave like they don’t care. I did my first property viewing yesterday with Martin & Co and found that staff of Martin and Co are brilliant. The gentleman (Luke) who showed me the property was very professional and friendly. The communication and the ability to tour around the property was extremely smooth and fascinating.
