Spent the last few months looking at various properties with various estate agents in and around Chelmsford, without any doubt Luke at Martin’s & Co is by far the most friendly, honest and diligent person I’ve encountered on this journey…. Always polite and respectful whilst actually knowing the answers to questions that arise…. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough or Martin’s & Co….

We've seen houses with a dozen agents over the past year or two and have been very impressed with Martin & co of late. In particular, one of their agents, Lauren Cook, who we dealt with on our latest viewing. Lauren was dilligent, flexible (on one occasion rearranged her diary to help us fit a late viewing in after work), she knew the background of the house she was showing us (which is rare in our experience) And she noted down questions we had as we were looking around so we didnt have to email her. She's really professional and credit to the company.

Me and my mum have had an outstanding experience with Martin & Co. After our initial enquiry, we received a very quick follow-up from Luke Harris. He offered a very courteous and professional service and helped us efficiently secure our desired property. Previously, we had encountered many rude agents, but this was certainly not the case with Luke who handled all our queries with utmost care and respect. Furthermore, David has been excellent in dealing with our maintenance issues in a swift and courteous fashion.
