I am a tenant and the general consensus is most letting agents take your money and are then never there for you. HOWEVER, Gemma and the team at Chelmsford Martin & Co have been great and I have recieved nothing but a 1st class service throughout, I would highly recomend Martin & Co to anyone looking for an letting or estate agent who is easy to deal with and totally reliable. Nothing seems to much and are propt and courteous at all times.

Always polite and well informed, the service was highly responsive and supportive. Nothing was ever to much trouble and, most importantly, I felt secure in the knowledge that my interests were protected at all times. If you are a Landlord or a tenant look nowhere else.
