100 percent helpful. John the agent found my perfect property. He knew what I was needing as he had asked all the right questions. I needed affordability, spacious outside with outhouse, water ( pond), country feel, plenty of parking. John came up trumps within days. I'm not great with anything technical and john guided me through all the online process, with sending documents, scanning etc, easy for some but a big deal for me. I'm very grateful to Martin and Co for finding my dream home and making the process as smooth as possible.
