I have used Martin & Co to let and then sell my property. Are a lot more personable than some of the larger agents, especially on the Sales side. On the letting side they were very proactive especially when encountering difficulties with tenants; on the sales side they were very responsive and the marketing of the property was excellent - took a lot of the hassle away from having to chase solicitors.
