I can't praise Hannah Grant, Senior Inventory Clerk, enough! She was so helpful advising us how to proceed with a deposit dispute when our leaving tenants refused to negotiate with us regarding the damage they caused at our apartment. Entering into a deposit dispute with our tenants has been very stressful and I felt out of my depth initially. But I know Hannah will be at the end of a phone or email to assist us along the way.
