We viewed a house with Balch in the middle of the lockdown. As the house was vacant, Trefor was able to show us the house at a time that suited us. We immediately fell in love with the house, but hadn't sold ours at that point so were not in a position to make an offer. It took a few months for us to eventually sell, but all along the way, Trefor kept me up to date with the status of the house we loved. When the time finally came for us to make an offer, there was also another party interested in the property and it was a very fraught time! But Trefor was brilliant and we finally negotiated a great deal. Trefor's professionalism and his absolute honesty is what I loved the most - he was realistic with his views of the property market during the pandemic and never gave us any false hope. The office was always prompt with answering the phone and Trefor always replied to my emails too. The sale eventually went through quickly and relatively smoothly.
