Not an exaggeration to say Balgores were amazing in every aspect and every moment of our home selling/purchasing. Having tried multiple estate agents we have the benefit of comparing with others and Balgores are a clear winner. From the very start, they have provided us with professional and timely advice, have been honest and never created the impression that they would do anything detrimental for their customers be that us or our buying counterparty. They had different people to assist us in the various steps involved and all were more than great to work with. Georgie, Oscar, Richard and others were of great help. The fees were clearly explained before signing a cooperation agreement and never changed. Richard was amazing throughout the negotiation process and always strived to obtained a best deal for us which he achieved in an end on both our sale AND purchase. Thank you Balgores!
