From pain to pleasure!! We were in a position that our first buyer failed to complete, the day before we were due to move, we were then in boxes for over two months, whilst we worked on another buyer but they wouldn't work to our timescales, the stress was immense, not withstanding the additional financial burden and potential legal action due to incompetence of others. It was time to call in the A-team, we contacted Dean and advised him of our predicament, and whether he could find a buyer who could work to the timescales, he jumped on it, and within short order had a buyer lined up. With some tooing and froing with our old agent, we managed to get EweMove on board to do one viewing, and that resulted in us finally moving in a very short space of time.
