Daniel went above and beyond any previous experience I have had with estate agents and was very hands on during both the selling and purchasing process, guiding the transactions to a smooth conclusion.

Daniel and Jane were both really professional, helpful and understanding of our situation and needs throughout our moving journey. Throughout what became a turbulent process, with a buyer pulling out of the chain on exchange day, Jane got us through it and was supportive both emotionally and practically. She quickly found us another buyer within 2 days and ‘pushed’ the move through as quickly as possible, with a successful result the 2nd time around! There simply aren't enough words to describe how friendly, polite, professional, totally driven and thoroughly hard working Daniel is. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he keeps in regular contact from the minute you instruct him, responding to calls and messages immediately, even 'out of hours' We had a long, and sometimes rocky road with our sale and purchase, with Daniel acting on both. He went above and beyond to get us to completion. His dedication is exemplary, and it comes from the heart.  He's not just there to sell houses, or wait for them to sell themselves as some other agents do. If you're serious about finding a buyer for your house (and in a very short time in our case) go with Daniel. If you want your house to sit there stagnating for months on end with another agent (as ours had previously) with no contact or updates, don't go with Daniel. It really is that simple!
