We recently bought a house and Sparkes Ellison was the Vendor's Estate Agents. I honestly hope that Adam and Mark pinch themselves that they have someone of the calibre of Chris Bailey. Chris acted as liaison for our purchase and I can't speak mor e highly of him. We were pretty demanding purchasers with bits and bob requests and all were granted. He was patient and obliging and never made us feel fussy even though we were a bit.
