Sparks Ellison were very professional in the way they sold my property and helped where they could in the purchase of my new property. However it was frustrating in the systems currently in place for buying and selling as you have to make a "blind bid" to secure a property, where you are unaware of what others are prepared to pay! Also estate agents as well as solicitors should make sure that when a client makes an offer (especially where a deposit and mortgage are involved) that they have the money in their bank in this country and not abroad. For my exchange this delayed it by over two stressful weeks!!
