We've put our house on the market in May 2021. 2 Days before exchange the chain collapsed. We are going to move to another country and we did not need all the furniture and 16 years collection of various sport items etc. SOOO!!! we started selling out very much love items. I am a bit of a neat freak!!! After the deal collapsed we decided just to get the house marketable. Our agent, the man with the X factor, phoned us the next morning and said he would like to shoe another couple our house. They also had a collapsed deal. Anyway, we had an offer on the house again and the offer was agreed. After having numerous queries about TPO's, shared estate roads and responsibilities we have exchanged after 7 months. Sorry for the long story. We actually enjoyed the ride. The reason why we have emotionally survived is because of the amazing team. It sounds cheesy but it is not. Our agent Anthony Prokopiou was outstanding in every sense of the word. He's professional , friendly approach was on another level. Stephen, Pernilla, Margaret and all the other personnel was outstanding. It is rare in this day and age to actually enjoy a disaster. We will be for ever grateful to FROST PARTNERSHIP, CHALFONT ST PETER, especially to ANTHONY PROKOPIOU AND PERNILLA DANIELS. We could not help ourselves to buy the office a Christmas present. It is actually sad that we will most probably never see them again.
