Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Unfailing polite and patient with our questions, he was the one person who steered us through the buying and selling journey with his experience and efficiency. Ben was always pleasant and professional in all his dealings with us and we thank him for all his help.
