I chose The Frost Partnership in Chalfont St Giles to market the home of my late mother. The house also being in Chalfont St Giles. Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.

Frosts in St Giles did a fantastic job selling my Mothers home. I was so pleased with their straightforward approach . They listened and communicated well . Answering any questions I had promptly. I really appreciated all that Andrew Holdsworth did to achieve a successful outcome.

Buying a home can be overwhelming. Frost were helpful in arranging viewings which made the journey relatively easy (with a few bumps and hurdles). Overall, we thank Frost at Chalfont St Giles for their service, communication, and in liaising with the vendor. We became quickly aware that buying a home comes with many and different challenges. We recently bought our new home through The Frost Partnership, and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The whole team were friendly, professional and approachable from the very first viewing, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Andrew was brilliant at explaining each step clearly, kept us regularly updated with progress from the sellers' side, and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Having bought and sold our house with Frosts they have also managed to find us a beautiful cottage to rent. Could not recommend them highly enough and found Heather to be most efficient estate agent that we had the pleasure of meeting. We look forward to purchasing our new home from Frosts.

Buying and selling houses in a chain is a complicated process. Heather and teams were invaluable throughout. I recommend Andrew and the team for their professionalism, great communication and responsiveness.
