We particularly liked the village and Sandy was very knowlegeable about the area also living in the vicinity. The 4 bed detached house that we bought had been empty for awhile and needed a lot of work however Sandy highlighted the potential and shared our vision. From our first viewing to our completion Sandy kept us updated and was proactive in following up solicitors on both sides and ensured that there weren't any unnecessary delays. We are very happy with how everthing went and are looking forward to showing Sandy our house once its is fully refurbished.

Throughout the period the house was up for sale, I was regularly updated with any viewings of the property. A video was made to allow prospective purchasors a virtual tour of the internal of the house. Andrew Holdsworth, Sandy and Caroline did their very best. Winter is not the nicest time to show anyone around a cold and empty house. Eventually the house sold and Andrew was exceptionally helpful. The whole process went smoothly. I felt my decision to stick with the Frost Partnership on a sole agency basis was the correct one.
