They also provided a useful personal tracker to keep us up to date with the progress of the sale We would certainly use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish! We had 6 offers on our house - 2 on the day of the block viewings and 4 the next day! We were really happy with the outcome! Firs time buyer. We found a property after a long long search with R&D. I have to give credit to Emma Hanley. She was great. Everything i needed - chased when I needed chasing, giving me space to what I need to do and nudging me (sometimes me and mrs in the same day) to get things moving quacking. This is all during the festive period so better for me. For those looking do make note of Emma for the short time she's been my allocated sales progressor she was great. Working while doing what is requires tough but glad she understood how to handle me, which might be different for others.
