Put an offer forward over 24 hours ago, vendor still hasnt even been made aware. (Confirmed by themselves personally) Ryder and dutton advertising on behalf of 3rd party. Contacted Ryder and Dutton to address this, spoke with James expressed my concern and asked for the number of the third party. Very rude approach and was advised "no". Still no nearer to knowing when the offer will actually be sent to the vendor through the third party.

Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance". Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.

The managers are flyering the area and can’t even read a sign saying no cold calling or flyering. One then proceeds to shut my gate with butter fingers as it was still unlatched. Not surprised they have to flyer with those participation managerial skills

Do not use and do yourself a favour cross over the road and go with Clarke & Co much more harmonious and professional service and an added bonus also much cheaper to sell your house ! 5* to Clarke & co

Awful experience. I waited 3 weeks for a house viewing. Called the office if i could do the viewing earlier but i was told that was the opening day so they cannot do viewings any earlier. Today i got a call saying that the house has already been sold whereas i was waiting 3 weeks for a viewing!
