They came round to value it with in 24hrs of my calling them, to then come and take photos and gather the required details a few days after. My house was then live within 24hrs with a viewing already booked in!! The team are friendly, very helpful and keep you updated with the progress at all times . They even answer any query’s you may have out of office hours. Chris informed me from day dot he was confident in selling within 4-6 weeks, this was archived within 4 weeks.
