We have recently sold our house with Simon Kelsey as our estate agent, and he was also the agent for our ongoing purchase. Estate agents often receive some bad press and can be the unsung heroes of a sale/purchase transaction, but for us, the service Simon provided has been worth every penny and more. Unfortunately, we had a very tricky transaction, encountering many hurdles along the way both with our sale and purchase. We can honestly say, without the help of Simon the transaction would have been unlikely to reach completion. He worked tirelessly to push this transaction through, going above and beyond at every opportunity. This included daily updates, a face-to-face visit, updates out of hours, and help even when he was on annual leave. We were blown away with the service, and we cannot be more grateful for the help we received. Simon has been friendly and supportive - and he has a great sense of humour which helped in some of the trickier moments! (I even sometimes miss our daily phone calls!).
