He ensured that he knew the house and the local area which enabled him to present a complete package to prospective buyers. His communication was detailed and prompt. Every viewing was followed by a phone call and follow up. Simon guided us well - thoughtful and professional, keeping us fully informed.We have no hesitation in recommending.

We have recently sold our house with Simon Kelsey as our estate agent, and he was also the agent for our ongoing purchase. Estate agents often receive some bad press and can be the unsung heroes of a sale/purchase transaction, but for us, the service Simon provided has been worth every penny and more. Unfortunately, we had a very tricky transaction, encountering many hurdles along the way both with our sale and purchase. We can honestly say, without the help of Simon the transaction would have been unlikely to reach completion. He worked tirelessly to push this transaction through, going above and beyond at every opportunity. This included daily updates, a face-to-face visit, updates out of hours, and help even when he was on annual leave. We were blown away with the service, and we cannot be more grateful for the help we received. Simon has been friendly and supportive - and he has a great sense of humour which helped in some of the trickier moments! (I even sometimes miss our daily phone calls!). I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Easy and professional service to list our house. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a personal touch and a modern estate agent who use WhatsApp groups to keep us updated and social media to generate interest. Would highly recommend.

We recently used Martin & Co as the agents to sell a property for us following a death in the family, with us dealing primarily with the Coalville and Castle Donnington branches. Chris came to do the initial valuation and guided us through the process. The team managed the viewings for us, and kept us regularly updated throughout the marketing and sale stages, through calls, messages or email. They also arranged clearance of the garage for us which was appreciated. The use of the Propertyfile site was very useful and enabled us to track remotely booked viewings/offers etc. A specific mention for Ella who was working closely with us, who was approachable, friendly and professional throughout. I would certainly recommend using this agent.

Sold my house in Kegworth through the Castle Donington branch and they were excellent from start to finish. The brochure they produced when my house was going on the market was to a very high standard and within a day they had already arranged over 10 viewings. Within a week my house had sold (for over the asking price) and they managed the whole process very professionally from the start until completion last week. I would 100% recommend using Martin & Co and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

What an excellent estate agent Martin and Co are. I had a bad experience with another company, and moved to them, and wow! What a difference!! They were brilliant!! Very professional, on the ball and did everything to sell my house as quickly and efficiently as possible. I can’t recommend them enough.

Unfortunately not an agent that I'll consider using. Multiple calls over a 2 week timeframe, messages left for someone to call me with regards to taking on the management of one of my properties. Not a single call returned, if they can't be bothered to return calls for someone that wants to give them business then I've no idea how they'd treat my tenants.
