I've had some awful experiences with letting agencies in the past but Hunters Carshalton has proved consistently that they are not like other letting agencies. The team has been very attentive to my needs from start to finish and responded to both the Covid-19 pandemic and any queries with a rare balance of professionalism and friendliness, which demonstrates consistently good customer service and made me feel valued as a client. From my experience, this level of service is unfortunately hard to come by in this industry,, which is why I rely on reviews like this one to steer me in the right direction. My very first experience as a tenant and I am not ashamed to say I had no idea what I was doing🤭!! What I do know however is that the adventure of finding my new home was nowhere near as fun nor as easy as I thought it would be. Helpful, Professional and efficient agency who go the extra mile. From initial conversation with Fleur, she ensured she understood my needs and was able to negotiate with the landlord. From the outset, the tenancy process was explained in detail to ensure I understood the procedure and there was no surprises. Fleur kept me informed of the progress which made the usual stressful experience of letting a property a much easier process. Being customer focus certainly makes them vastly different from my usual estate agent experiences.
