I'm a landlord, renting a residential property through YourMove Carlisle. Initially they listed the property for sale rather than rental. The floor plan in their advert was wrong. When I supplied a gas certification certificate, they rejected the initial one because it didn't list a postcode, forcing me to pay for a second gas check. They also did not contact utility suppliers so I continued to be charged for water, & in an extremely curt e-mail Jessica Johnston showed no interest in resolving their error.

I requested a viewing of a property 34 Jubilee Rd Carlisle CA2 4DD advertised online with Your Move in Carlisle ,I was told the seller has requested that I am not allowed to view the property or make any offers to buy the property..The property belonged to my late wife Marion who passed away November 8 2021,she left it in her WILL to her brothers 3 children who have thrown the tenanant out and put the property up for sale with Your Move.i would like to buy the property as it was the first property my late wife and I bought together.Tom Crotty.i think this is Discrimination.

Rang up about a property and the way the nasty jumped up piece of work spoke to me was disgusting maybe the Carlisle office needs to send there stupid woman back to customer service school
