Recently had dealings with Northwood and in particular Jenna Phillips who works there. She has been incredible with our every query/question, and has gone above and beyond to help everytime I have spoken with her. Always friendly and professional, her customer service is exceptional. Cannot recommend highly enough, made moving home a piece of cake.

Girls are all great, polite and there to help in my opinion. Didn't get the house I wanted as I have a pet but they found me one within days and kept me in their sights. Thank you so much for your efforts, have a lovely Christmas all :)
