Would absolutely not recommend! Totally unprofessional responses to emails and queries and seem to have extreme double standards when it comes to the state they let properties out in to the "state" you're allowed to leave them in when in fact anyone could see it was an improvementNegativeProfessionalism
I wouldn't recommend it for several reasons: Added fees to the rent for their "services" while all the letting agencies that I have use just take certain percentage of the rent but with Belvoir you have to take into account that would cost you a few hundred pounds extra per month. I was living in Scotland before where the water services were included into the council tax so I thought that was the same in England, after many months living in my flat I discovered a big bill of water that I was never aware that I had to pay and my account for the water supply wasn't set up. As they do contracts month to month I left the flat a week earlier than when I finished with my job in the city, while that I was in an Airbnb to match the contract monthly period and I was lucky enough that I did that. I never seen any agency sooo meticulous with the state of the flat when I left, I had to come back some days after to clean more a few things that I left, also they where trying to claim to me a couple previous defects. They are in their right to ask for it and keep the flat as good as possible for the landlord but I just to keep it in mind for another possible tenant, also take photos of all previous defects when you move just in case. When I left I updated my accounts of electricity and water with the new meter readings and pay it, I asked them if I needed to do anything else or they would take care, I've been asked by email to give them my account and company details to close the accounts with the company suppliers, in addition I gave them an address of a friend in case I got any letter. After about 3 months I got in my friend's flat a letter from the electricity company asking for a bill payment of the days since I left that flat, they couldn't have my friend's address so the letting agency instead of closing the account just put this new address. With the water, similar issue, the account wasn't close and I got an email asking for the payment of 6 months of water. I don't think that is a very professional company as after all these issues that I had are related can't be all related my fault or inexperience renting flats, this is my 3rd flat that I rent and the worst company that I have experienced by now.NegativeProfessionalism
Every person says different things and totally different things are being done. But finally we are done with this agency.
I tried to rent a property and although I paid the fee I was told that I did not pass the credit check and that I could not get my money back because I declared that I earn more money per year than they found but I gave a sum that I thought I would earn. I don't think anyone count on money to know how much they earn per year and in addition I have money saved in my account that allowed me easily rent that property. I found this very rude !!! P.S: I would give them 0 ⭐ but unfortunately is 1 to 5 ⭐
Awful company with a very poor reputation. They treat many renters like dirt (and then wonder where all the one star reviews come from!!!!), they don't help when something goes wrong and their only response is to say they have never heard of you! Why would anyone invent issues such as mould, faulty heating and rudeness? They all occurred and the owner knows it. Pathetic and tone deaf!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
I rented a property from Belvour Bullmans in 2017, we seemed to have multiple admin issues with them and on trying to exit the property we found a struggle back and fourth with issues. I have seen the response from Belvour, this is completely untrue, this makes me question the legitimacy of the other same replies.NegativeValue
Yes you have delt with me and my partner when I asked for proof the the refund you started to ignore me and try make things more difficult. So don't try twist things.
