Great service!!!
Great service from this agency in regards to my first venture in the big world of renting. Fabulous team who really helped me sort this tenancy out and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process which really put me at ease. Nick, the gentleman I was dealing with helped me and kept in constant contact and even met me on a Sunday to give me my keys. Great service and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to use this agency as they were and still are really good to me.

Excellent service for finding tenant - Eston Barn
I have used PM Premier several times to find tenants for my property. I have always found them to be extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They have always found me good tenants and I would definitely recommend them.

I Came from France, very helpful . Used what's app any time of day and Sean was quick to reply even out of hours. Also I could not see the room before hand so face timed the agent. They made every thing easy for me as my first time living in Cardiff .
