I can highly recommend The letting station in Cardiff. Sean has been managing my rental property in Llandaff for the past few years now ensuring the property is always occupied with suitable tenants. They have managed everything there for me, taking away all the headaches I used to get when I was private letting the property and managing it myself through gumtree. The letting station was able to find suitable tenants in a matter of days, as well as achieving a higher monthly rental than I was getting before, meaning that the management fees were more than covered by the extra income.
