Efficient knowledgeable and professional

I'm a first time landlord and Jamie really put me at ease and reassured me. Her professionalism and knowledge was second to none and she had an answer to every question I asked. I would recommend fisks to anybody just on the strength that Jamie works for the company..

Friendly and professional

We would recommend Fisk as an estate agents. We initially asked them to be our estate agent as when we had brought our house 20 years earlier this was the agent we used. The experience we had received this first time was both professional and efficient. Yet again the staff have been professional, efficient and extremely helpful in providing us with information or answering any questions or concerns. We felt that Gemma and Toni provided us with a personal service which met our individual requirements relating to our sale.

Excellent Service

I cannot rate Gemma and her team highly enough. From the first visit for valuation until completion they have been so professional and polite and they kept us informed every step of the way. Any query raised by us was dealt with immediately and efficiently and we would certainly recommend Gemma, Toni and the team to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

I found TONI Mills from Fisks to be extremely professional and friendly.

As a new landlord TONI Mills gave me lots of practical advice, I found the process through Fisks very straightforward and would recommend them to any propspeive landlord.

Great service

Jamie offered a great service kept me in the loop at all times. And even went the extra mile I see the house on right move when I was working in Northampton we planned to meet at a certain time but I got stuck in traffic traveling back Jamie so kindly came back out to me even though her day was finish so I could look which I thought was very understanding and accommodating. I like the effect that was out in and would recommend Fisk and would use them again in the future. Many Thanks xx

Buy & sell with confidence

I have purchased and sold recently with Fisks and the level of service was fantastic. It was nice to use an agent that actually worked on your behalf. My purchase went through without a hitch and even though there were hick-ups with my sale, Fisks dealt with the issues as though it was them personally who were selling their own property. Communication was great, even poping in and leaving ad-hock messages always got to the right person and were always replied to. I would recommend Fisks to anyone.

My house sale via Gemma North (fisks Canvey )

As I would imagine with most house sales there is always a few issues. I think it would be fair to say I had my fair share. Most of my dealings went via Gemma North but if Gemma was not available the team there was easy to talk to and had an understanding of what was going on at any time during the sale. Gemma's polite, cirtious and had a 100% understanding on my needs making the sale seem personal. Even though there was more than one person to deal with. I would recommend Gemma to any friend who wished to sell their home. There was always a cheerful voice on the end of the phone. Thank you Gemma. Regards Dave Wright

Sale of 57 Shell Beach Road

We had to sell the property after a bereavement and arranged valuations from 3 local estate agents.. Gemma North from Fisks stood out far and above the other 2. As well as being positive and encouraging about securing a sale for us at a good price, she was also sympathetic to our situation and didn't pressure us with any hard sell, instead she was just kind, friendly and reassuring. On the first day the property went on the market Gemma had arranged 3 viewings. on day 2 she contacted us with a great offer which we accepted. Gemma and her lovely team of ladies at Fisks kept us fully informed through every step of the process. with regular updates. The sale went through without a hitch.. We received a first class service from a great team of ladies and would thoroughly recommend Fisks to anybody.
