My property sold so quuckly , I am selling my late parents home ,as the executor of their wills . It had been on the market with a different , very well known agent for 7 months and I felt it was not being actively marketed or promoted , so I made the decision to move to Miles and Barr. from the beginning Rob was amazing, he was kind taking into consideration our bereavement, and heloed with concerns as my oarents had a equity release on the property, so we only had a year to sell and we had wasted 7 months, he made it as easy as he could . Giving honest opinions and realistic advice. The house was onthe market not even a week and we had a offer and he managed to get full asking price after he felt inital offer could be improved on . From a sellers perspective ,if you are researching agents seriously consider Miles and Barr the branch i used was Whitstable but im sure their standards hold across the board . Even the photography of my parents property and descriptions were superior and the bungalow was marketed in its best light. The office staff happily answer questions , or return a call promptly with the information requested . They very much are working for the sellers , I'm sure they treat buyers equally well. I can't recommend them enough.
