Great service, sad to be leaving
Have been a tenant with Abode for the past year. Definitely the best property and agent service in the past 3 years whilst at Uni and am sad to be leaving.

DISORGANISED AND UNRELIABLE
I cannot express how disappointed I am with the services of Abode Lettings. We are a group of 3 students who recently signed a contract for a 4 bedroom house. We were promised that rent prices would go down if we were able to fill the 4th room in the house - a clever incentive to rope us into signing the contract. Once signed, we found a 4th person and Abode completely denied that they had agreed to lower prices, even after they originally confirmed several times this would be the case. Therefore we are paying more money than expected. On top of this, we had trouble getting the contract sent to us in the first place, with incorrect information being sent twice, and then not hearing back from Abode for weeks - We had to chase THEM to make sure we had it signed before the tenancy started . We ended up having to start paying rent before even signing the contract if we wanted to keep the house. Very unprofessional and will be getting out as soon as we can
